Real Eyes Optometry

Dr. Shaun Pati graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with his Doctor of Optometry in 2015.
While getting his doctorates, he learned about the multiple facets of optometry and became particularly passionate about Pediatric Care, Medical Optometry and Contact Lenses. He dedicated his screenings and clinical rotations to these areas to further develop his skills as an Optometrist. Born and raised in BC, Dr. Pati has always dreamed about serving Burnaby, the community he calls home. Dr. Pati is an avid hiker and loves spending his days-off on the ocean. His goal is to have a well-rounded and dedicated office that always puts patients’ needs first.

Dr. Amit Sahota graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with her Doctor of Optometry in 2015. During her fourth year, Dr. Sahota travelled around the United States and Canada gaining invaluable experience working with a diverse demographic. She managed and treated ocular diseases at a Veterans Affairs Hospital and an Indian Health Services facility. Dr. Sahota’s special interests are Family Eye Care and Vision Therapy. She is also fluent in Punjabi. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, she is very excited to be able to call the greater Vancouver area her new home. Her goal is to always have her patients leave with a smile on their face.

Dr. Tony Wang studied at the University of Waterloo Optometry School and graduated in 1986. He has over 30 years of experience in private practice optometry within Burnaby. His special interests include: Myopia Control, Orthokeratology and specialty contact lens fitting. Dr. Wang has performed Orthokeratology treatments on a wide array of patients that vary in age. Outside the office he enjoys traveling and plays the violin in worship music settings. His goal is to provide the best care he can to his patients while making sure they leave the office satisfied.
